1S.There was no funeral today, but HYBE headquarters had many wreaths sent from BTS fans

On the morning of May 3, HYBE headquarters was filled with dozens of wreaths and protest trucks   sent by Army – the BTS fandom. Previously, BTS fans had repeatedly expressed disappointment and anger when Korea’s leading entertainment group let the group get caught up in  internal disputes.

The battle for management rights between HYBE and ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin in recent days has been the hottest topic in the news. The two sides continuously made accusations, “exposing” outstanding issues in the debut and management of the music groups under their management. The object of the dispute is NewJeans, but BTS is the name that is being “torn apart” the most right now.

Trucks protest outside HYBE gate

Images of flower wreaths and protest trucks in front of HYBE gate were posted by the Army on social networks and pushed to the trend to protect BTS from negative posts. This is the toughest move of the BTS fandom after a series of days when the idol was in a “septic tank” because of the group’s drama. While serving in the army, BTS suddenly became a “sacrifice” and antifans “dug up” past scandals because of the one-sided inferences that broke out after Min Hee Jin’s press conference on the afternoon of April 25.

Accusations of concept plagiarism, digital music fraud and even suspicions of “heresy” have made BTS the most criticized object in recent days. BTS fans continuously wrote articles to exonerate their idol and asked Big Hit to take action to protect the artist. Meanwhile, HYBE was late and made many hesitant statements that escalated tensions.
